Educational workshop Sound Therapy in Practice

Introduction to the Peter Hess method and the experiential part

We invite you to an educational-experiential workshop dedicated to sound therapy according to the Peter Hess method - an internationally recognized and clearly structured approach to working with sound vibrations.

The workshop is designed as an understandable and practical introduction to sound therapy and is intended for anyone who wants to understand more deeply the effects of sound and its place in modern lifestyle.

Through the theoretical and experiential part, participants will become familiar with the basic principles of the method and experience its effectiveness in practice.

During the workshop, the following will be covered:

  • What is sound therapy and how does it work?
  • How sound vibrations affect the body, the nervous system and achieving a state of deep relaxation
  • How the method of Peter Hess is applied in practical work

Special emphasis is placed on the experiential part, during which participants will have the opportunity to directly experience the effects of sound and its potential in promoting balance and inner peace.

The workshop is led by Martina Broughton (Gaia), certified practitioner of Peter Hess sound massages with many years of experience working with adults and children. In her professional work, she explores ways to rediscover balance, simplicity, and a sense of inner peace in a modern, fast-paced lifestyle with the help of sound.

The workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of previous knowledge or experience.
